Imagine a reality show where participants compete for a
prize far more valuable than money!
!Imagine if you could take part in the history of television,
technology or sport! Imagine if you could become a world
reference, if you could entertain the viewers with your
charisma, creativity, intelligence and sympathy, if you
could be recognized as an idol.
!Image if you could be Silvio Santos, Fausto Silva, Simon
Coell, Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump, David Letterman,
Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Pele, Gisele Bunchen…
Objectives
Objective
After careful and detailed study about the reality show
format in Brazil and in the World, we developed our own
format, bringing together features that enable each
edition to borrow personal values and peculiar
professionals with a determined personality.
!This presentation summarizes the concept, structure and
benefits of this format:

“I Wanna be (name)”!
The purpose of this reality show is to promote a
specialized themed competition, segmented,
biographical, presenting challenges experienced (and
overcome) by a Global Icon.

Concept: !Twelve participants compete with each other, through similar
challenges to those faced by a World Icon on the formation
and consolidation process of their career. At the end, one
winner gets a significant cash prize.
Structure: !The program will be presented in two phases:
!The first phase will have an episode per week (48’) showing
the process of calling and selection of candidates: top
stories, testimonials and performances, plus curiosities
about the backstage.
!1 month duration
The Project
Structure: !The second phase will have two episodes per week (48’ and
96') and four "pills" (5') with a compact of their days.
It will show the challenges, lectures, workshops, and the
interaction and relationship between the participants, which
will be confined in a house.
!Participants will compete in weeklychallenges, dividing
themselves always in 2 teams, where short documentaries
will illustrate certain stage of the Icon’s life who will be the
name of program (with images and testimonials of the
people who were part of his/her story) and that will serve as
a briefing for the challenge of that week.
The Project
Structure: !All the preparation and challenges will be pre-recorded,
while the judges evaluation about the performance of
participants as well as their elimination will be broadcasted
live.
Each week, members of the losing team will put in the
spotlight, and the public will help to indicate and/or eliminate
a participant (according to the phase of the program), until it
lasts only one winner.
!3 months duration
The Project
Important: !A complete and detailed description of the format appears in
a book apart from this presentation. We also created a
*customized "kit" of the project, as an example, covering the
development of the concept,format,the functioning of the
challenges, awards, themes of the lectures and workshops.

Target
"I wanna be…" targets men and women of all ages and
social classes. It’s a program to entertain, geared for the
whole family (15 + AS ABCDE).
It has a fixed exhibition, with date and pre-defined time, that
arouses and motivates the viewer's interest in monitor the
development of the competition, plus know, further, all
stages and challenges a Global Icon had to overcome in the
process of building his/her successful career.

Institutional Prestige !The broadcasting station has the opportunity to strengthen
its institutional prestige as well as its Cast - if the icon
chosen is part of the TV’s universe. With the project "I
wanna be ..", the broadcasting station will be recognized by
offering an original program, surprising and inedited.
!To the viewer, to advertisers and the media, this is an
innovative initiative that will surely yield prestige to the
channel, for offering to the market a new product and with
creative quality, ultimately, a new alternative aligning culture
and entertainment.

format has absolute suitability to any broadcasting station
and eventually to their respective Cast.

Advertising Billing !In addition to qualitative attributes, "I wanna be .." already
justifies by itself, as a program extremely profitable to any
broadcasting station. Whether by its traditional billing
potential in their programming lineup, by additional sources
such as billing through sending mobile messages (SMS) and
actions cross-media, the format ensures broadcasting
stations one more revenue than the usual programs on
schedule proposed.

Creation of sub-products !"I wanna be .." yet reserves potential for exploitation of sub-
products such as versions of electronic game, board game,
download of original content for mobile, beyond the
possibility of a full version of the documentary about the
World Icon served as a briefing for challenges during the
program.
!Not been for the additional revenue that could accrue from
the product, "I wanna be ..", allows the broadcasting stations
to maximize their advertising revenue by producing various
editions of the program, with space for new seasons and/or
adaptations for another World Icon and/or all their Cast.

Spontaneous media !"I wanna be .." provides great return on spontaneous media
in various media.
A mix of coverage increases the frequency, maximizing
investment.
Brand exposure in variety shows, from other broadcasting
stat ions, in major website pages of news and
entertainment, the logo of the program and of the
broadcasting station associated to the main station outlets
nationwide.
