Planning is a continuous process as
changes in plans have to be made
from time to time to take care of
changing environment.

Facilities: If organization has
proper facilities, person will have
cool nature where as if facilities
are not enough, person will be
aggressive.
Authority & Responsibility
A manager alone cannot perform all the
tasks assigned to him. In order to meet the
targets, the manager should
delegate authority.
Delegation of Authority means division of
authority and powers downwards to the
subordinate.
Delegation is about entrusting someone
else to do parts of your job.
Delegation of authority can be defined as
subdivision and sub-allocation of powers to
the subordinates in order to achieve
effective results.
Time Management
Anupam Kher gave 10 minutes to prepare the
data on 4 terrorist and his subordinate completed
his task within few Minutes.

1. Positive motivation:- Positive motivation makes people willing to do their work in the best way they
can and improve their performance. Positive motivations offer some reward to people to act in the
desired manner.
2. Negative motivation:-Negative motivation means the act of forcing employees to work by means of
threats and punishment. It is the negative treatment exercise on the employees who are not
performing their work as expected. Provisions relating to demotion, dismissal, transfer, penalties,
group rejection, etc. are few examples of negative motivations.
