The Voivodship Culture and Leisure Park, spread along the

area of over 600 ha, is the largest urban park in Europe.

It is also one of the most popular parks in Upper Silesia.

the Planetarium

- the oldest and the largest one in Poland

the Silesian Zoological Garden

spread over the area of 50 ha, with approximately 3,000 animals of 300 species of world fauna, is visited yearly by about 400,000 people

the 19th century Heritage Park (Skansen) with the historical buildings typical of rural areas from the area of Upper Silesia and Dabrowskie Basin

Kapelusz (Hat) Exhibition Hall

with the exposition area of 2,200 square meters, is a landmark of the Voivodship Culture and Leisure Park. It is most famous for such events as housing fairs, zoological fairs, flower shows, concerts, etc.

the Silesian Amusement Park (Wesołe Miasteczko)

with a heap of rollercoasters, merry-go-rounds, etc.

The Silesian Stadium

Is a sport stadium located between Chorzów and Katowice, Silesia, Poland. It opened on 22 July 1956 and has since hosted crowds of over 120,000 for both football matches and motorcycle speedway world championships. It also hosts music festivals.
