CREAM OF CHEESE
WHAT YOU NEED:
30 dag white cheese
cheese spread
onion
3 garlic cloves
parsley
paprika
pepper and salt
RECIPE:
Chop onion, add salt and stay for few hours.
Get white cheese and cheese spread in big
bowl and blend this for even mass. (If mass is too dense, add milk)
Add onion, parsley, finely chopped garlic,
pepper, paprika and salt.
Carefully mix all.
You can eat this with dark bread.
