Planning PhaseUsed the OFB Template to develop Business Disaster Plan which included:

•Map of Hazards•Risk Information•Response Resources•Recovery Resources•Mitigation Information

Contacted each business to arrange on-site visits and complete a draft disaster plan using Business Disaster Plan template.

Lessons Learned

•Small Businesses don’t have time to meet•Need a better way to interface with the private sector•Private Sector found the plans useful•The Franklin County re-entry process was unknown to most businesses
