Level boarding was not achieved as regular buses were used with steps inside. Took more time for boarding alighting. Passengers had to wait on road and buses would dock away from bus stop.
Due to high platform height matched with high floor buses with doors on both sides and closed bus stop design with automated sliding doors in buses and bus stops level boarding is achieved.
