The objective of this programme was to transform existing children and adult services to incorporate the support for Targeted Youths using the remodelling change process (see diagram below) which was created and used in the National Remodelling Team.

These files contain the full change management method and information packs used in TYSP.

• These materials are part of a library of documents and tools which were at some point in the public domain created in public sector programmes

– Many of which are no longer available on publically accessible websites

– There will be future unnecessary costs to recreate these

• They are based on the results of real programmes in the public sector

• Resources are reasonably self-contained
