Both are sensitive to broad range of chemotherapeutic agents

Anthracycline regimens associated with higher response rates in Thymoma

In Stage III Disease, radiation improves PFS but not OS

We need to better identify the “targets” for targeted therapy

Always consider multidisciplinary aproach

The present study indicated that

appropriately selected patients

who underwent radical P/D had

lower perioperative morbidity

superior, long-term survival
