• Functional Movements– Using machines to simulate lifting something is not

the same as lifting something

• Multiple Athletic Modalities– Without specific requirements we build a broad base

level of fitness using multiple modalities

• Game Mechanics– Each workout “Daily Build” has a quantitative

outcome (eg. Score)
