on St Mary’s site originally agreed as part of the Capacity map for Portsmouth and South East Hampshire to support the PFI build at Queen Alexandra Hospital

■ St Mary’s Community Health Campus nominated as Strategic site in SE Hampshire health economy

■ Drive to bring community services to St Mary’s Campus to fully utilise space and capacity

What happens to the rear of the site ?

■ The rear of the site continues to be owned by Portsmouth Hospital Trust (PHT)

It is PHT’s intention to:

■ Demolish the existing buildings from Blendworth

■ Redevelop as a housing development with some employment use

■ Planning permission to proceed has been granted
