Baltimore, Maryland is one of the larger hot spots for buying and selling heroin.

The Heroin Highway begins in Baltimore on Highway 70 towards Hagerstown, to Interstate 81 into Martinsburg, West Virginia, and then continues into Virginia towards Winchester.
