NEEDS ASSESSMENTPolillo island being a far-flung hospital will benefit from upgrading of level of health services offer: from infirmary to at least secondary level facilities/servicesTo accomplish the above, upgrading of the following is mandatory:

Meantime, HEALTH IMPROVEMENT AND DISEASE PREVENTION should be given emphasis.
