… a few facts about the company Ownership: founded in 1940 as a collective farm. Since 2003 it has been in private

ownership as Agricultural Enterprise «Volovikova» Ltd.

Major production activities: cultivation and processing of crops on 7’000ha of land, livestock husbandry, milk production - 4’000 cattle.

Location: Ukraine, main State road “E-40”, 200km from EU border with Poland, 300km from Kiev, 600km from border with Russia.

Personnel: the total number of highly trained employees – 650 people. Numerous training programmes are being constantly introduced.

Standards: TÜV SÜD approved - ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2009. Programme “Investors in People” has recently started.
