• In Malaysia, the Constitution is written. Federal Constitution is supreme law of the federation, together with the Constitution of the 13 states comprising the Federation. Article 4(1) of the Federal Constitution declares that the Constitution is the supreme law of the federation. Art 4(1) provides,
• “This Constitution is the supreme law of the Federation and any law passed after Merdeka Day which is inconsistent with this Constitution shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void”

05ARTICLE 8 EQUALITY
• “Further, article 11(1)(b) of CEDAW provides that state parties shall take all appropriate measure to eliminate discrimination against women in the field of employment in order to ensure, on a basis of equality of men and women, the same rights, in particular the right to the same employment opportunity, including the application of the same criteria for selection in matters of employment”.

CONCLUSION• Fundamental Liberty is name given to the freedoms that
completely protect the individual from government. Fundamental liberties set limits for government so that it cannot abuse its power and interfere with the lives of its lives of citizens. In a conclusion, the rights of liberty under Federal Constitution are guaranteed. Some of the right is absolute and some have limitation. The right cannot be interfere even by power holders. Every citizen must know their own right and limit.
