The key to restedness: Simplicity!

Simplicity is a singularity of focus.

(Mat. 6: 19)1. Single eye2. Single treasure3. Single master

The Single eyeThe meaning the eye not the part of

body. It’s the focusYour focus to important thingEye the lamp of the bodyYour see your prespective

So, if your eyes is healthy, your whole body will be full of light.

Don’t live your life from wrong perspective

“what I seek defines who I am”

“who I am determines what I see”

“what I see directs how I live”

The Single treasure

• Put treasure in Heaven• Simplicity your purpose• Simplicity your priorities• Simplicity your possessions

The single master (Mat. 6:24)• Two loves in a single heart• Really knowing the one who really loves

me.• Know Jesus who loves me so much, he

give His life.• 2 category of Christians1. wordly-minded Christians, those who

are on fire for God2. Double-minded Christians, destroys

discipleship.

Conclusion... The key to stop struggle is contentment and gratitude.

Contentment come when gratitude

Theology contentment is theology give thanks

• Discipleship and serventhood cannot be divorced, because from that we can do anything.• Became the true disciples if have servent hearth

Joy: the missing dimension of Christian service.

So, what we do??Burnout!1. Lack appreciation, we

serve the God with gladness

2. Misunderstandings, go hand and hand, don’t lose hearth

3. Fear? We respon with love and acting.

Joy robber in our service

RECAPTURING OUR JOY IN SERVICE• We Except serve people

because God• What we Experience, God

is the first that serve us• What we Encounter, God

is encounter him, God will fill him through our servant• What we Enjoy? We love

one another

Unspoken, i’m setting up my self for do that, keep learning and doing

Conclusion ..

This is our God-the servant king.
