How to keep your

conservatory warm in winter

You can use your conservatory throughout the year however some

people find them too cold to sit in when it’s winter.

Here are a few tips to help keep your conservatory nice and toasty warm

through the cold weather.

Insulation is a huge factor! Glass is not as good as a brick wall so therefore you’re best of going for a more modern design that

has thick double glazing.

Ensure the doors are fully draught proof and any other

possible sources. To add warmth you can always have blinds or drapes

installed to trap in some of the heat.

Heat can also be lost through the floor, as you walk on the floor if it feels cold it will make the room feel even colder. It is best

you add a thick carpet with a good quality underlay for

added warmth.
