DESCRIPTION
This project was created in my Internal Communication class where we were told to observe a group of people and write down the interactions that happened. We were then told to take a few transcripts from the event and describe what happened using one or a few of the communication practices discussed in class.

Want interaction between them and club members in order for the scene to be more of a social and informal setting than to be strict and formal in order to encourage participation and engagement
Club members Members come to meetings because they believe in the club’s goals,
and more importantly to make friends with common interest. Examples
FM1 interrupts Vice President to show enthusiasm (line 23) President shows deep interest in getting members to come to an event
(24-26) Interesting to see flow of conversation became more engaged by more
members with enthusiasm and approval, leading me to believe that not all members are going to be enthusiastic marijuana activists, but are seeking out more for a way to hang out with other members and build on the idea a community.
Act Interactions are based on the topics of the agenda for
that meeting

President address club very informally when inviting everyone to an event (line 24-27, 38, 44-53)
Key When addressing members at the meeting it
is important to show as much passion as possible in order to keep members paying attention, and involved through the meeting. In order to not completely overwhelm members with enthusiasm, occasional jokes and one liners are made to let the members know, that though Board members are very passionate and serious about the club’s goal’s Lines 13, 20, 22, 53
