Problem Statement• What are parents-workers’ attitudes in sending

children to daycare centers?

• Will parents feel indifferent in their decision & action as long as their children are being cared by others while they are working?

• Do in-house domestic helpers helped parents sufficiently enough?

Objective

• To reduce parents-workers’ difficulty in balancing family and career

• To provide beneficial measures and effective strategies by setting integrated children’s daycare centers within the community to assist parents-workers especially mothers in coping with demands of the two life spheres

METHODOLOGY

• Method Survey questionnaire 22 questions

Answers ranging from 4 (strongly agree) to 1 (strongly disagree)

• Measurement 2 page questionnaire divided into 2 sections

for children’s early education & personal option towards sending children to children’s daycare centers

TRANSLATE scale into 2 languages English Bahasa Malaysia
