Achievement

• Good selection & management to keep going in crisis. Largest leisure project in Ireland.

• Compare Dublin Docklands Authority. €200+m taxpayers money, nothing achieved later on.taxpayers money, nothing achieved later on.

• Greystones. Virtually no taxpayers money, new harbour built as Town ‘Icon’ and central feature.

• Recognition. World Conference, International Magazines, Afloat.

• Delays Happen. DART campaign took 22 years.
