• People in early 30s half as likely to own home as their parents

• 1/3 all men in their 30s still living with parents

• Previously taken an average couple 3 years to save for a deposit, now… a quarter of a century. Assuming, of course, they can afford to save at all.

• South West – of initial £4.7bn grant, over £89m allocated to deliver more than 5,500 homes

• Since added a further 1,730 homes with almost £20m grant fundingattached through Continuous Market Engagement

• Seeking to maximise affordable housing delivery in region by building a healthy pipeline of opportunities
