Questions and answers• Balance reports/Imbalance overviews are per MGA/MBA – why?

– This is because that's how the imbalance is calculated and to enable you to control the imbalances. For

instance MGA imbalance has to be checked per MGA and cons/prod imbalance is calculated per MBA

• Missing status filter for MGA exchange

– We will make a note of this and see if we can implement this at a later stage.

• How to check not matching Bilateral trades and MGA exchanges?

– The idea is that the MPs use the confirmation reports to check the matched values in their own systems.

– For BIT's you can also use the Status filter to look through not matching trades

• How to see aggregated Activated reserves?

– There is Aggregated data per Balancing sub service and MBA (Activated reserves aggregations and totals) and

per Balancing sub service and Regulation object (Imabalance adjustments)

– If you choose Export to excel in AR overview you get all reserves in the export.

– Activated reserves are reported in EUR from the control room

– Due to the unbundling rule you need to log out and in again to change Market party context

• How can you look at one Retailer and MGA at the time for investigation

– In MGA Imbalance view you can drill down from Consumption/production and see the numbers per

Retailer. In the Balance report you can also see the Retailers.

• Comments regarding user experience that we take into account

– Choose and save validity settings

– Save View columns selection

– Add view columns and sums to all/more views

– Freezed headers

• Data packages related to Activated reserves are not according to the specification

– This is a known issue, which we are working on solving as soon as possible.

• Logic of IN/OUT party in BIT/MGA exchange confirmation reports

– If you report values, the confirmation report reports the same IN/OUT parties as you did.

– BUT if only the counterparty reports values, you will get a confirmation report where you will be IN-

party when you buy and OUT-party when you sell

– The recipients system needs to handle that both parties can be both IN and OUT party for the

same trade.
