Current City Plans call for the Preservation of the existing setbacks

to the maximum extent feasible or

replicated as closely as possible

with new construction. “

The requested setbacks are designed to match the existing setbacks along the street. The main body of the houses are 7’ from the property line, with unheated porches extending 5’ closer to the street.
