Now we are ready to get into one of our most exciting areas of

New Energy physics.

Maybe a more appropriate question here is, would you like to never have

to buy gasoline again?

Imagine driving your motorbike or car as far as you want to travel and, for each kilometer you travel, you just

need to add one milliliter of…

WATER

Water-powered cars, motorbikes, and buses are coming!

That’s what Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENRs) of the second type allow

• In this section, we’ll be talking about a type of LENR which produces two useful things:

– Hydroxy gas (also called HHO, Brown’s gas, …)

– Charged Water Clusters (CWC)

• The CWCs cause Zero Point Energy to be extracted from the quantum foam and this is what will drive the piston in your car or motorbike in the near future

In the History section, we saw that the development

of this technology has been particularly tragic. In

1998, inventor Stanley Meyer was murdered

because the petroleum industry didn’t want us

powering our motorized vehicles with water.

Here is what Meyer’s car looked like in 1986:

But the dream of water-powered cars has proven irresistible for many inventors, and so

Meyer’s approach has been replicated by Agha Waqar in Pakistan

And by the Genepax Company in Japan

You may have seen the Genepax car on CNN a few years ago:

Dave Lawton and several others have also replicated the Stanley Meyer

water fuel cell in some form

Dennis Klein has also achieved a water fuel cell:

How do I do it?

Here is what Stanley Meyer’s fuel cell looked like:

Is someone trying to tell us something?

The fuel cell used three main “fuels”:

• 1) Normal water

• 2) Ionized air

• 3) Argon

Some designs also add an electrolyzersuch as bicarbonate of soda to the water

Meyer’s fuel cell combines power from HHO with Zero Point Energy to power

the car

• HHO contains a 2:1 ratio of H2 and O2

gases

• It producess 241.8 kJ of energy for every mole of H2

burned

Wikipedia and other encyclopedias say that HHO is “oxyhydrogen”

• They define it as “a stoichiometric mixture of diatomic hydrogen and oxygen”

• HOWEVER, New Energy scientists do not agree with this classical definition

New Energy scientists claim that there are different kinds and qualities of HHO

• Different kinds of HHO produce different experimental results

• The quality of the HHO probably depends on the level of quantum coherence achieved in the system that produced it

Testing of HHO produced by New Energy devices has revealed that it

consists of:• Electrically Expanded Water (the key

determinant of the HHO’s value as a fuel)

• H2

• O2

• Water vapor

• H

• O

What determines the level of quantum coherence in (and consequently the

quality of) HHO?

• The electrolyzer design

• The power supply design

• The electrolyzer operating conditions

What is Electrically Expanded Water?

• It is a “fourth state of water” in which the water has absorbed lots of energy

• In this state, the water is combustible and it will not condense if cooled

• EEW is not produced from an electrolyzed stoichiometric mixture of O2 and H2

• In many New Energy systems, the EEW component in HHO makes the system appearto be overunity

You may already be familiar with one form of HHO for its use in welding

Quick pulses of high voltage cause the atomic bonds of the water molecules to disintegrate, leading to production

of HHO

Pulsed DC is a popular way to produce HHO with a high EEW content

• The pulse rate and wave shape of the DC current is very important to maximizing the amount of HHO/EEW production

This is what the HHO production process looks like

The HHO gas is piped to the engine’s intake so that it uses less gasoline

• If your system is producing enough HHO, the gasoline usage will be zero

• In reality, water fuel cell builders typically generate around 7 liters of HHO per minute

• This requires supplementing the HHO with normal gasoline

Here is a car running on HHO alone

In practice, inventors have had difficulty producing HHO fast enough to run a high-performance engine in a way that allows

optimal car handling

• If your HHO-powered car had a maximum speed of 20km/h, for example, that wouldn’t be very useful

Most water fuel cells today produce just 1 to 7 liters of EEW-charged HHO

per minute

• If this amount could be increased to 60 liters per minute, the HHO alone would be able to run the car under normal driving conditions

• Because scientists have not been able to achieve these increases, HHO is currently used most often as part of a hybrid fuel system

To make a water fuel cell stronger, Zero Point Energy can supplement the

HHO gas

• When the HHO gas combusts, it naturally produces water vapor as a “waste product”

• With this water vapor exhaust, Meyers had one of the materials he needed for ZPE extraction

• Besides water, ionized air and argon gas were also added to the circuit

High voltage (>25 kV) and lasers are used to “pre-charge” these fuels and

get them ready to start extracting ZPE

• We’ve already seen how high voltage and micro-lasers extract ZPE in electrogravitics and Casimir effect-related systems

Meyers found that “step-charging” was very effective in preparing the molecules in the fuel cell to for the charged water and gas

clusters which release ZPE

As voltage increases, amplitude decreases in the Meyer system

• This is the same approach we have seen in countless other New Energy systems, such as the new “Quantum Energy Generator”

Meyer found that Tesla-style bifilar asymmetric wound coils helped increase voltage

Meyer found that a specific frequency waveform had to be applied to the voltage to

enable molecular dissociation

The resonant frequency of the water fuel cell circuit was around 5kHz

• This resonant frequency allowed a massive increase in voltage

The high voltage (when pulsed at high speeds –remember what we learned from Jefimenko & Valone in electrokinetics) causes the water and

gas molecules to form into clusters

These clusters are normally called “Charged Water Clusters” (CWCs) or, for the gases, just

“charged energetic clusters”

• However, because physicists love to give so many names to the same thing, in the scientific literature, you will find these referred to also as

“Electrically Expanded Water”

“Ohmasa Gas” and

“SG” Gas

These clusters initially form strings, then rings, and ultimately, geometric

shapes like the icosahedron

Essentially, we are creating – at the nano scale – “buckeyballs” of gas and

water molecules

• And as you know, buckeyballs are very hard!

Electrochemists are calling Charged Water Clusters produced in this way to

be a “second state of water”

The water clusters are drawn naturally to the metal rods

• Experimentation has shown that aluminum won’t work for this process;

• Stainless steel has worked well

• You might also experiment with palladium, titanium, and some of the other metals we discussed in Part 9

• On the rods (and possibly other parts of the cell), interesting cavitation-induced ZPE effects begin to occur

Let’s see how Professor Ohmasa in Japan is using Charged Water Clusters to extract ZPE

Part of the reason why these Charged Water Clusters build up and then release so much energy may relate to the recent discoveries

made at the University of Georgia and Tel Aviv University

• They found that when water clusters of more than 83 water molecules form, they can gain two electrons

• When clusters of 105 or more water molecules form, these extra electrons start to fracture some of the molecules into atomic hydrogen and oxygen

David Wilcock and others have pointed out that frequency plays a big role in getting

water to form crystalline structures

The Papp Engine is a good historical example of a system that pre-charged noble gas molecules

in this way to create highly energetic effects

To extract ZPE, the water is cavitated

• This means, essentially, sloshing the water around at very high speeds in order to create microscopic bubbles in the water

Boat owners know how destructive water cavitation can be over time

In this case, we are using the high energy produced by exploding water

bubbles to our advantage

When these microscopic water bubbles pop, they release tremendous energy

Notice how the water droplet (which has previously been super-charged with high voltage

shaped by a specific waveform) forms a torus and then a microjet

The microject creates a bow shock wave because it is so powerful

This microjet can accelerate to Mach 4 and produce pressures >300,000 psi

This explosion is so powerful that it releases Zero Point Energy

At the nano level, it is not unlike a hydrogen bomb explosion (which also

releases ZPE)

This ZPE then helps the HHO combustion to drive the piston in an

internal combustion engine

You might experiment with how placing a toroidal energy coil at the bottom of your fuel

cell, and then shooting energetic clusters through the center of that coil, might achieve

very high impact speeds and release large amounts of energy

In fact, Xogen Company (which belongs to Stanley Meyer’s brother) is putting a toroidal

coil under the water chamber because they find this creates an oscillating electromagnetic field

which helps to cohere the Zero Point Field

Using resonant frequencies, it is possible to create geometries of bubbles

The geometrically-patterned collections of bubbles help to activate, cohere, and attract

ZPE from the quantum foam

One way to cause water cavitation that results in these micro-bubbles is

ultrasonic excitation

• Mark LeClair of NanoSpire Corp. developed this method

• His “LeClair Effect” observes rings of water crystals under a micron in size forming into a meta-stable torus form

Roger Stringham has also had a lot of success with using “sono-cavitation” to

create LENR effects

In 1974, Yull Brown discovered that Charged Water Clusters store a

tremendous amount of energy and can cause the atomic bonds of metals they come in

contact with to dissociate

This effect may be part of the mystery of how LENR scientists have been producing

transmutation of elements across a broad spectrum of the periodic table

Besides ultrasonic excitation, there are many other ways to cavitate water in LENR systems

• Venturi vacuum

• Blow air through tight gaps in metal

• Oscillate an electrical field (especially a toroidal field)

• Cavitating pumps creating vortex action

• Pulsed wave forms

• Electrostatic rubbing

• Vibrate mechanically

Meyer used a third process – that of “electron extraction” to further increase

the power of the water fuel cell

Meyer noticed that light at the wavelength of 660 nanometers is

important in photosynthesis

Light of 660 nanometer wavelength also interacts with electrons

• It allows the photon energy to enter the electron

• The electron thus increases its orbit and its electron voltage

Meyer found that by having the circuit in

resonance with multiple forms of

energy acting upon the hydrogen and oxygen

at once, it was easier to strip electrons off these

atoms than most scientists had thought

up to that time

If you increase the orbit of the electron enough, it will be ejected

• The ‘lonely’ protons will now desire to attract new electrons

• Meyer’s fuel cell successfully impeded the protons and electrons from re-attaching by using a positive-charged screen and very high speeds

• Thermal explosive energy is released as the hydrogen nuclei now produce new electrons

In this way, once the water molecules had been separated, Meyer was then further able

to fracture the hydrogen atoms and the oxygen atoms

One of the keys or “tricks” to making LENR systems effective is to make the water as

turbulent as possible

• This is why blowing air through a small gap will yield a desirable result

• See, for example, the LENR systems designed by Archie Blue and Oliver/Valentin

Another trick is to make sure the electrodes have a rough surface

• This is probably related to Dr. Storms’ insight that fusion reactions are taking in place in cracks in the metal

Now that we’ve seen how water cavitationcan cause the release of ZPE in a water fuel cell, let’s revisit Stanley Meyer’s invention

Meyers designed a ‘spark plug fuel injector’ that could be retrofitted to

existing car engines

Can you imagine how much people would love you if you could invent one

of these for motorbikes?

In recent years, inventors have tried to improve on Meyer’s design

Working with Zero Point Energy often involves a layering process

• First we super-charge the water + noble gas mixture

• Then we cavitate the water

• Then we explode the bubbles

• To increase the ZPE extraction even more, we can create a vortex within the cavitationchamber

Vortexes in the cavitation chamber help the Zero Point Field to cohere

As you design systems, keep in mind the geometries that can produce vortexes

Some New Energy scientists get their inspiration from crop circles.

It’s also been found that creating an ion surge in the cavitation chamber

increases ZPE extraction

• The ion surge seems to “bend” the quantum foam so that ZPE flows more easily into our physical universe

Ken Shoulders uses micro-sized plasmoidslaunched from a very sharp capacitor to

generate highly energetic explosions which extract ZPE

These micro-plasmoids ar formed by abruptly pulsing energetic clusters

with high voltage

Interestingly, some astronomers are now suggesting that our own Sun is a

plasmoid• See Bob

We know that the Sun contains and emits tremendous energy, so why not try to create

a nano- or micro-scale version of it?

He calls these (sun-like?) micro-plasmoids“Exotic Vacuum Objects” (EVOs)

• Each EVO contains around 1011 electrons and 106 ions

Like the Charged Water Crystals, these EVOs tend to form into chains and clumps when

subjected to high voltage

• Under these conditions, the EVOs seem to manifest charge from the quantum foam itself

Shoulders also found that plasmoids in the shape of a vortex ring, when shot into the

fuel cell chamber, cause ZPE to be extracted and cohere

These ring plasmoids work well when injected into both gas and water chambers

• These ring plasmoids are like energetic toruses which are cohering energy and the nanolevel

• When a vortex is created in the chamber, the ring plasmoidsbecome even more energetic

• Mark LeClair at Nanospire, Inc. is a leader in this research

When the ring plamoids and EVOs burst against a solid object, they release a tremendous

amount of energy, including ZPE

• The high-voltage induced transformation of meta-stable water clusters into plasmoidswhich then explode and release tremendous energy is part of the “LeClair Effect”

• Laser excitation is one method of causing them to explode

• These explosions have bored holes in even the hardest ceramics

In the LeClair Effect, we see pressures of over 100,000 psi when the re-

entrant jet collapses against metal

• This is due to the abrupt scalar compression which occurs as a result of the bubble collapsing, causing the ZPE to cohere and be released

When the plasmoids are launched sequentially, the energy released

increases tremendously

Does the micro-scale energy release of the exploding plasmoid remind you of anything?

In these pictures, you can see that there is indeed a connection between hot fusion and cold fusion reactions.

But whereas in one case we get lots of dangerous radiation, in the other case,

we don’t.

The release of large amounts of ZPE can drive the

piston in an internal

combustion engine

Some New Energy scientists think plasmoids can power things much larger

than an internal combustion engine

For example, one group is trying to build a 5-megawatt power station based on plasmoid-induced LENR

• To do this, they need very small plasmoids.

• This example is only 300 microns in radius

• Rememer, the universe gets more energetic at smaller scales!

Why would such a project be useful?

This group estimates that the electricity they sell would cost only 0,2 cents per

kW/h

Compare this price to what our friends in Bắc Kạn are paying for electricity now

The Rockwell Implosion Turbine Engine is one modern example of an attempt

to use these principles

These plasmoid and EVO explosions have also produced transmutation of elements across the periodic table, similar to what we have seen in

the Kozima & Tada experiments

• It’s hoped that these transmutation reactions will allow us to clean up radioactive waste

Using the methods devised by Meyer and those who have followed in his footsteps, HHO gas and ZPE can now power the car’s engine without the

addition of gasoline

Around the world, inventors are racing to get their water fuel cells to market

Let’s make sure Vietnam is part of that race!

Eventually, motor vehicle manufacturers will make cars and motorcycles that come pre-

equipped with water fuel cells

In recent years, inventors have applied the water cavitation method to do

more than just power cars

Many biologists believe that if we use specific frequencies and pulsed voltage to cause water

crystals to form before we drink the water, it will provide important health benefits

Remember that the

human body is 72% made

of water

And critically, the water in our pineal gland is thought to play a crucial role

in human intelligence

The water we usually drink is composed of a chaotic (high-entropy)

assemblage of water molecules

Some scientists think that chaotic, disordered water in our bodies can lead to disordered

cells, tissues, and bodily systems

Which may also manifest in psychological problems such as low attention span,

difficulty concentrating, anxiety, or depression

However, if we provide quantum coherence to the water, the H2O molecules form crystallilne

structures of much lower entropy and the “surface tension” of the water decreases

tremendously

Can well-ordered water create well-ordered and healthier cells and tissues

in the human body?• Some doctors, including Nobel Prize winner

Dr. Peter Agre, think so.

It would be very interesting to conduct a double-blind study at the University of

Pedagogy to see whether students given “Zero Point Water” to drink study better than

students who drink normal water

If water treated with a coherent Zero Point Field does improve intelligence,

we might envision a future in which all students are given this water at school

Besides its possible health effects, you can use water cavitation to heat water, as Steorn Company (Ireland) has done

Imagine, then, a hot water heater that requires little or no electrical input

You can use also use water cavitationto produce electricity

OK, now if you’ve followed our discussion of how we can use the

second type of LENR to create HHO and ZPE release using advanced electrolysis, Electron Stripping,

Charged Water Clusters, and Exotic Vacuum Objects, you are getting up to

speed with the cutting edge of the energy industry.

To sum up for LENRs using water cavitation, please remember:

• These systems can produce energy in the form of HHO (oxyhydrogen gas) and Zero Point Energy from electron stripping and exploding water/gas molecules as well as micro-plasmoids

• These systems are especially attractive for powering motorized vehicles and boats

• New research is focusing on the use of Exotic Vacuum Objects to produce tremendous energy and transmutation of elements
