Navigating Life

It is better to have a healthy relationship with a bad thing (for example, staying away from it) than an unhealthy relationship with a good thing (for example, overdoing it).

It’s easy to adore another’s inner child: innocent, playful, loving… Yet, to be “in love” is to also adore their inner adult.

Discernment is based upon wisdom. Judgment is based upon bias.   Evolution is the path of discernment.

Who am I? What is life all about? What is my purpose? The answers are discovered through experience, not derived through thought.

Put your boat in the water, move forward and be prepared to tack… to alter your course. In life, the shortest distance between two points is not a straight line.

You have infinite power. You can use your power to limit yourself or to set yourself free.

Life is a series of decisions.  Your path lies within you.

Thoughts matter little.  How you feel about those thoughts makes all the difference.

Mastering life is not about thinking new thoughts. It’s about developing a new way of thinking.
