Great Startups are led by great leaders. From Steve Jobs to Larry Page and Sergey Brin, from Mark Zuckerberg to Elon Musk, every startup that has succeeded, did so in part because of the incredible leadership skills of the founders and the founding team. They are simultaneously humble and audacious, impatient and persistent, great listeners and great decision-makers. These leaders are both emotionally and logically intelligent, highly structured and highly creative.
