Hypothesis:• Social Entrepreneurship and public relation goes hand by hand.

• Basically every social organization and social entre has to keep compulsory relation with at least two entities of our society, namely: Political Parties and Community where we are working.

• Other entities like: Mafias, (Political, Social and Religious) and other interest parties are part of any of these.

• Hydropower entrepreneurship should be given more priorities.• Multinational social organization: it is important to know what kind of

parties will have huge impact on our organizations or companies.

Important factors:1.) Cultures: It is necessary to know each and every cultures of that company along with how that cultures affects our projects. It is also very important to know what effect that culture does to our social programs before executing our entrepreneurship programs.

2.) Communities: It may be more important to focus on public relations with communities rather than political parties in some nations.

3.) Political Personalities: Likewise it is important to keep strong public relation with political parties then that of communities with some nation .

FINDINGS: Study of cultures and natural resources are needed in order to create stable public

relations by any social entrepreneurs.

Mutual, moral but neutral relation with different political parties, social, religious and cultural communities is needed to work out effectively.

Politics and policies should be stable. Trainings and ideas should be given for beginners.
