How does your media product represent particular social groups?

What different areas of society are represented in your magazine?

In my magazine the main part of society represented is the young teenage male, the rap culture is represented in my magazine also. There are both males and females represented pretty much an equal split of both as well. I think the magazine represents a sub culture of the hoodie as well.

Do you deal with issues of race, ethnicity, gender, age, social

class, disability?

Race: In my magazine there are only pictures of white people, this is not to say that only they like my magazine non white people may like the magazine as well however I didn’t represent them.

Gender: The main gender in my magazine is males however it represents both males and females and both are big fans about equal amount.

Social class: Most people who read a rap magazine are lower class and working class however some higher class people are fans too.Disability: Disability is not represented in my magazine but it accepts all.
