ESIGN– WHAT IT DOESThe standard workflow

(1) customer enters information

• Customer needs to be approved by call center• (note there are two tasks in the Call center queue)

(2) call center approves

• Once a call center agent approves the process continues• (note there are now three tasks in the Call center queue)

(3) A notification email is received

• It uses the customer registration data (from step 1)• (the emails are generated using Harmony templates)

(4) ‘asked’ to sign document

• Once a call center agent approves the process continues• (note there are now three tasks in the Call center queue)

• The same document on a smart (i)Phone• (no need for special devices)

(5) Customer account created

• Once the customer accepts … his/hers data is added • (to the customer file (which by the way is available in a spreadsheet – providing easy access))

(7) The signed document is shared

• The signed document can be viewed• (The document is in Google DOCS – the best platform for sharing documents)

Creating dialogs (user interface)

• Dialog items show the fields on the UI• The item “company onboarding” will be used to control

the workflow (see next slide)• Harmony supports multiple languages

Create business logic (rules)

• The item “company onboarding” is used to start the next step in the workflow• Next step is the dialog “customer approval” (columns G,H,I)• This step has to be done by the group (queue) “call center” (J)

Create template

• The template is a Google DOCS text document• Label the fields using

“merge” fields with the document
