Getting your ELD Set up

Fill out excel sheet with equipment by Year, Model, Unit #and Make 

Data Integration • TheTMS will then prepopulate all Unit and driver information into the ELD backend Product •Each Unit will be assigned a specific ELD and will be set up, so it will be a plug and play experience when you receive the ELD device•Saving the user time and money from having to fill each piece of information for every Equipment and Driver

Preparing your Package for Delivery 

• Each Package is packed per your Unit #'s requirement and will include:

• ELD Transponder • Cord for connection to the ECM• TheTMS ELD User Manual (Must be kept in cabin at all times) •Double Sided Tape•ELD Certified Sticker•Each Package will have the units number on it making installation easy and quick

What is Included in your Package ?

Supported ECM Connections - J1708 – 6 Pin Connection

-J1939 – 9 Pin Connection

- 16-pin OBDII connector with special Volvo/Mack pinout

Box is Received Begin Installation 

Locate Jbus Connection • Connection port can be located just under

the dash on the left side of the steering column

• Connection port can also be in some units on ground level on the left-hand side of the driver's chair (usually covered with a plastic cap)

Connect Cord to ELD Device and Port 

Secure Device to Dash or Cabin Wall 

Device is Now Live/Download APP to Connect
