• PPES Coordinator currently experienced difficultiesin generating PPES students result and transcript.

• The result has to be manually keyed-in (names,details and subjects) for each semesters togenerate student’s CGPA.

• These process take a long time and leads toinefficiency for the coordinator to complete histask.
