with allthe people who lost their beloved onesin the difficulties
of all time
- 4. the day of horror came to Oslo when a big bomb exploded
inthe middle of the city people was in chock
- 5. - some hour later on the island Utya young innocent
politically interested people shot dead with no possibilities to
escape
- 6. - I was a witness the total damage in the city center as I
arrived only 2 minutesafter the explosion my subway station is just
200 from where it happened
- 7. - in the evening I was to restless to sit inside I decided
to do walkingmeditation to calm my mind and try to gain a momentum
of inner peace
- 8. - just a few blows from my home is the famous Vigeland
Sculpture park I took my camera with me and found inner peace
- 9. - my journey started her at the park entrance
- 10. - Norway did a marvelous good this that sad day they
decided to concur hate with love and bydoing so they acted the
opposite what the terrorist hoped who are to make people
scared
- 11. - but if we forget the spiritual development
- 12. - it lies with each of us
- 13. - responsibilities does not lie with the leaders
- 14. - and peace starts with within us
- 15. - when a community is in a state of peace
- 16. - it can share that peace with neighboring communities
- 17. - when we do so we feel love and kindness towards
others
- 18. - for all living beings and the nature around us
- 19. - what is important is to take responsibilities
- 20. - peace can only last where humans rights is respected
- 21. - where nations are feed
- 22. - and where individuals and nations are free
- 23. - inner peace can only be achieved trough the development
of mental peace
- 24. - material progress is important for human advancement
- 25. - then we get clinched to things and our mental health
suffer
- 26. - we must seek for balance in life
- 27. - Buddha found out the hard way in life tried to overcome
suffering
- 28. - this balance Buddha referred to as the middle way
- 29. - when you have inner peace all eternal problems does not
affect you
- 30. - without inner peace whatever how wealthy or successful
you might be
- 31. - you may still be worried, disturbed or unhappy
- 32. -my words on inner peace was based on the Nobel lecture
1989, 14th Dalai Lama
- 33. - there are some simple guidelines on what we should not
do
- 34. - not to destroy life
- 35. - not to steal
- 36. -in this park there is a famous angry boy sinnataggen with
great buddha nature
- 37. - he says; you will never be punished for your anger
- 38. - you will be punished by your anger
- 39. - and as I am walking out of the park I remember: we are
what we think
- 40. - all that arises with our thoughts
- 41. - I know a lot of people who do not share their happiness
and that is sad
- 42. -thousands of candles can be lit from one single candle and
the life of the candle
- 43. - will not be shortened, happiness never decreases by being
shared
- 44. - these words are dedicated to my brother who left us
earlier this year
- 45. - and to all those who left lost their most beloved
ones
- 46. - in the difficulties of all time
- 47. - you have my most humble and deepest respect
- 48. - and I felt satisfied and greater because I decided to
follow some- advice by others to do a simple form for meditation by
walking
- 49. - and as you can see there are almost nobody out that
night. Thatemptiness helped me with greatness to become silent
inside
- 50. -- everybody should now and then just turn off all your
digital equipment and leave home, for a second or a year, the
length does not matter, only that you have started developing the
inner peace by being with yourself
- 51. - this is my story from the emptiest park and town in the
world that night.So always try to look for a positive side in
everything negative
- 52. - and as time passes memories fades away like water in a
river but the feeling of that day will always stay with us
- 53. - Thanks to Buddha for his wisdom and wisest words and
toDalai Lama for carrying the deepest wisdom to everybody on this
planet
