Problems are an inescapable part of life on Planet Earth.Unfortunately, very few know how to handle them.Which is a bigger problem than all your problems.

As strange as it seems, more stress is created from worrying about a problem,than from the actual situation.

In other words, it takes a lot more energy to worry about a problem,than you will use trying to solve it.That’s pretty crazy don’t you think?

That’s like working hard to buy a diamond ring for $1000and then working harder to save $2000 for insurancebecause you are worried about losing it.

Ever noticed that when you finally solve a problem,a new one immediately steps forward and demands your attention?

The story never ends.Problems are lined up and waiting to pounce,as you drift through your years on Earth.

This world is a difficult place to be. One false move could land you in trouble.The jungle of life, forever twists and turns.You constantly have to be aware to get through.

When you worry, you are looking forward. You are only concerned with fantasy futures,and you overlook immediate opportunities, right under your eyes.

When a fighter is in the ring, he needs to relax so that he can react instantly.If he is tense, his body cannot move quickly enough to take advantage of the opportunities before him.

When you are tense, your reactions to your world slow down.A fighter must learn to relax, even in the heat of a fight.

You are a fighter in the midst of a battle. A battle to make a good life.You have to learn to take it nice and easy.

When you are tense, even your brain does not function properly.It looks at life through a hazy screen, the screen of your problems.

You have to learn to take it nice and easy.You can learn to do this in little steps.

Every day, give yourself a few minutes,then stop, slow down and release you worries.

Stay in that calm space, for a short time.Then, when you are ready to go.Spring back into action and see how refreshed you feel.

If you practice this simple exercise frequently,it will gradually creep into your life,every day, more and more,until it becomes normal for you.

Then one day, someone might comment:‘It’s okay for you, you always take it nice and easy’.
