THE COURTThe playing court is a rectangle with a

length of 40m and width of 20m.

PLAYERS:Each team has FIVE players on the

court (four players and one goalkeeper).

There are 7 players who are substitutes

An unlimited number of substitutions are allowed

DURATIONTwo periods of 20 minutes with a

break of 10 minutes.The teams are allowed to have a time-out (1 minute) in each period.

The kick-off is the way of starting or restarting the
