•Loop a band to a sturdy structure above the level of your head by one or one and half feet.

•Grab the handles of the equipment just in front of the chest.

•Keep your feet formerly placed on the ground and lean downwards by hinging at the waist.

•Fasten your right ankle to a strong object with the help of an elastic band.

•Your hands must be in the boxing position.

•Now raise your knee in the direction of the roof as if you are kicking a hanging sandbag in air with it.

•Switch your leg after you have exhausted working with the right leg.

•Besides the above mentioned resistance band exercises, you can also use the equipment in host of other moves. •Reverse crunch and vertical leg crunch are also effective in making the stomach firmer and flatter.
