The problem is guiding people with vision disabilities in the unknown area.

Purpose is providing accessible, barrier-free environment for people with vision disabilities.

Methods of solution - design and development of hardware and software navigation system for people with vision disabilities.

Relevance of the study is determined by the State program of the Russian Federation Accessible Environment for 2011-2015 (№175 of 17.03.2011). The practical significance of my work is that the manufactured device can be used independently by people with vision disabilities for navigation in space, as well as informational audio support by the IR channel about important social facilities located along the route, which greatly increases the comfort and safety of life.
