Client send data in Microsoft Excel

Connect data to Alcenco Label Flow

Choose data that want to be print

Send to print

Enter data manually :

- P/O Number- Quantity

- Total Of Pack- Prod. Order Number

Client send data in Microsoft Excel format

How To Connect Data?

Step 1Click File and choose Company Setup button

Step 2

Highlight Alcenco and click Edit button

Step 3

In General tab click Database Source button

Choose Microsoft Excel in a Database Type drop-down list and click Browse button

Find the data from client and click Open button

Step 6

In Source Table drop-down list choose Details SUPXXXXXX$ and click OK

How To Choose Data?

Type the DPY Number and click … button

With Search function

With Spreadsheet

View

In View button click Spreadsheet View

How To Edit Data?

Step 1Click Edit button

Modify data

Step 3Click Save button

How To Print Data?

Step 1Click Print button after data has been choose

Step 2

In Quantity option type the number label that want to be print

Click Print to proceed

Step 3

Type the data manually

Check this box if all the data same Click Print button to proceed
