Introduction
• Emergency alert is the telephone warning system used emergency services such aspolice, fire and others to send voice message and text message to mobile phone.
• The forecast of such occurrence is impractical henceforth to minimize the likelihood ofphysical viciousness (burglary, rape and so forth.)
• That system send text message using SOS network which are available in our mobilephone.
• The main advantage of this project is new model for the women security in public andnon-public place which aims to provide the 100% safe environment.

Microcontroller• A microcontroller (or MCU for microcontroller unit) is a small computer on a single
integrated circuit. In modern terminology, it is a system on a chip or SoC.
• A microcontroller contains one or more CPUs (processor cores) along with memoryand programmable input/output peripherals.
• Program memory in the form of Ferroelectric RAM, NOR flash or OTP ROM is alsooften included on chip, as well as a small amount of RAM. Microcontrollers aredesigned for embedded applications, in contrast to the microprocessors used inpersonal computers or other general purpose applications consisting of variousdiscrete chips.

• The high-performance Microchip picopower 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller combines32KB ISP flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 1024B EEPROM, 2KB SRAM, 23general purpose I/O lines, 32 general purpose working registers, three flexible timer/counters withcompare modes, internal and external interrupts, serial programmable USART, a byte-oriented 2-wire serial interface, SPI serial port, a 6-channel 10-bit A/D converter (8-channels in TQFP andQFN/MLF packages), programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator, and five softwareselectable power saving modes. The device operates between 1.8-5.5 volts.
• By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughputsapproaching 1 MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed shown infigure 3.

• GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) is a digital mobile telephony system that is widely used in Europe and other parts of the world.
• Mobile services based on GSM technology were first launched in Finland in 1991. Today, more than 690 mobile networks provide GSM services across 213 countries and GSM represents 82.4% of all global mobile connections.

GPS
• The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a space-based radio navigation system ownedby the United States Government (USG) and operated by the United States Air Force(USAF).
• The GPS system operates independently of any telephonic or internet reception,though these technologies can enhance the usefulness of the GPS positioninginformation.

Result
• If he/she feel may be in trouble and pressed the button which available in mobilephone for any emergency, it activate the GSM at SOS network with GPS, generallyGSM module of all mobiles are working at 900-1800MHzbecause it’s compatible to allsystem and most used. Then this system broadcast a text message in all regionsrather some is near and far but it does not depend only on phone contacts, here GPStrace the position of victim and include in same text message.
• This text message is all received to public safety organization (intercrop, Fire Bridge,ambulance, etc.) for help solve out from this situation.
Conclusion and future• The conclusion proposed for broadcasting emergency alert for help on SOS network in
references of critical issues which occurs in all over the world through this system we are
trying to help to solve this problems by technology innovation and interaction.
• Our effort behind this project is to style and fabricate a contraption that is thus compact in
itself and also implementing code in mobile phone that offer advantage of non-public
security system. In future, this system configuration can be change and improve as per
requirements.
