• We use 3Play Media and Tegrity’s automatic captioning feature

• 3Play Media also provides us with transcripts and alternate captioning files for other formats as a backup

The Process • Edit the recording to keep the cost down • Flag for captioning • Admin approves the captioning • 3Play Media captions it and two days later it

appears.
