No e-learning initiative supported by government/educational

institutions.

Education ministry doesn’t even have a website!

Some failed attempts by

telecommunication

companies.

Very fewuniversities have an e-learning platform… and it’s mostly unused.

It all started with that observation…

No easy-to-find, organized, quality educational material online.
