Most of the time when user configures Gmail

account with Microsoft Outlook, suddenly a

window pops up and asking for user name and

password.

This is because, less secure app is turn off in your

Gmail Account.

the Gmail account which you want to configure

with Microsoft Outlook.

Enable Less Secure App

Login to your Gmail account.

At left pane, click on “Sign-in & Security”.

Now, go to right pane and scroll your screen and

turn on “enable less secure app”.
