STEP 1

STEP 2Once you’ve chosen your badge, click “Design this badge” to get started.

Choose your badge size.

Each type of badge comes in a different set of sizes.

Choose the one that’s right for you.

STEP 3

Upload your logo.

STEP 4

Insert your text. This can include your name, title or both.

The text editor can have up to 7 text fields at once.

STEP 5

The motto here is “THE BIGGER THE BETTER.” Make sure your text is big enough to be seen clearly from at most 5 feet away.*

Personalize your badge. • Choose your layout.

• Change colors to fit your theme.

• You can even upload your own background images.

STEP 6

To increase the legibility of your badge, place light colors behind dark text. The large degree of contrast makes text more easily read.

Choose your border.

We have different borders for different badges. (Prestige & Executive only) Choose the one that fits best with your design.

STEP 7

Choose your fitting.

There are 3 main types: • Magnetic Backing

• Pin / Clip Backing

• Combi-Clip Backing

STEP 8

Once you’re finished designing your badge, click the “FINISHED DESIGNING?” button.

A proof of your finished design will be automatically generated.
