How to live 365 Days a year

Some years ago, Dr. John A. Schindler, writing in his book,

“How to Live 365 Days a year” listed pointers on how to live happy life.

They included :

Keep life simple. Keep yourself responsive to the simple things that are always near at hand.

Avoid watching for a knock in your health. Look for illness and it will be

sure to come.

Learn to like work. Since you have to work, you may as well learn to like it and avoid making emotional

troubles for yourself.

Have a good hobby - something which turns part of your

existence into pleasure and pleasurable expectancy.Learn to be satisfied. It is

just as easy under most conditions to be satisfied as it is to be dissatisfied.

Like people. Join the human enterprise.

Say the cheerful, pleasant word and get up on the right

side of the bed.Meet adversity boldly,

when it comes.

Meet problems with decision. Don’t keep fighting with them in your own mind.

Make the present moment an emotional success.

Keep your attitude peaceful by cheerful thoughts.

Always be planning something.A basic psychological need in every person

is the need for new experiences.

Don’t let irritations to get an upper hand.
