• Trust is in fact a crucial element – in human relationship

• Trust is a fundamental for influencing – individual's participation; and – Cooperation

• Consequences– Trust engenders more efficient collaboration– Trusting

• Influences the level of commitment• Reduces the level of uncertainty• Influences the performance
