DESCRIPTION
Messenger Dog is an informal messenging system specifically designed for disaster zones such as Haiti right after the earthquake, when all network infrastructures are down. Messenger dogs can go through the destroyed paths around the city to collect and send messages among displaced family members, and deliver information to rescue camps where the information will be downloaded for further utiliztion by the rescue force.
