• At citizen end , we have app which allows every Citizen to post a complain in following six categories , Water , Electricity , Sewage & Sanitation , Roads , Transportation , Law & Order.

• At web end , we display the complain in appropriate MLA’ area .

• This data become the basis of evaluating MLA performance

• This data will help , to figure out , mis- governance and corruption .

• Since ours is geo-referenced complain , if too many tweets come saying that road is bad , and on paper road is good then based on this anyone can file a RTI and unearth underlying corruption .

• Every three months, we have web-conferencing session , if complain graph is not going down for a MLA then we can decide to recall him , ask some one else to do the job.

• Some one else, will be some one who is already working hard to resolve people issue which are out there on the website.

• Data is coming from ground , automatically has people backing , any one willing to raise the issue will get people support.

• Performing MLA will be right candidate for MP , Each MP has around 6-10 MLA , MLA will have healthy fight/competition for post of MP.

• Complains are visible to anyone , issue can’t be suppressed , next time while budgeting we know where to spend more, thus , de-centralization of governance.
