You can choose to create individual users in Necto from within the roles if you wish.

Import Users from CSV File

CSV file format, you can import both Necto and Active Directory users.

In the CSV file UserName and Password headings are cases sensitive

Setting Permissions for Users and Roles

The role “HR Managers” needs to be able to edit users. Can I give them that permission? You can.

But remember: only administrators can modify users and groups.You must give each member of the HR Managers group the role of administrator first

Demonstration 2: Granting Permissions

• Edit workboard permissions• Food Mart folder – all Food Mart employees can edit• Food Mart HR – only Food Mart HR can view

• Edit roles permissions• Food Mart All – give the role Food Mart HR rights to edit

• View results• Log in as Food Mart non- HR user and see the results• Log in as Food Mart HR user and see the results• As HR user, go to control panel – see that you don’t see users

• Add Food Mart HR users to Admin Role• Login as administrator to do so

• View results• Log in as a Food Mart HR user and see the results

Managing Workboards

Case EMEA and APAC use different databases that have the same structure. I want them to use the same workboard layout. Can I define it only once?

1. Duplicate the workboard
