Tip and guidelines
For PowerPoint presentation
By Jacob Parsons
KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Before you make a presentation, your should keep simple ideas. You would want to plan one idea per slide.
Text style
Choose the first layout option and click in the title box. From the Format menu, select Font. Make all the changes that you want there, and then check default for new objects. Next click OK. From that point on, new text will be created in that font style and size.
Backgrounds
Although you only have two background designs automatically supplied with the Masters (counting both the Slide Master and the Title Master), you can have any design you want on any slide. From the Format menu, select Background. Check the box that says "omit background items" and this will make the slide ignore the Slide Master's design. You are now free to add whatever design you want to this slide.
Color
Color shows the type of mood.Examples:
Blue is serious Grey is quality work Red is emotional
Visual Elements
Use visual elements to get your audience to understand what your trying to say, but don’t confuse them. You want to try put the image in the small spaces and the text in the bigger spaces.
Adding more slides
Once you make one slide, your one step closer to make a presentation. Use the tips to make a new slide. I hope these tips help you with your presentation.
The End
Good Luck!
