Time Sheet Module will enable you to record activities and time taken to

perform the activity for an employee. Supervisor will be able to measure the time utilization of their employees for

each project and for each activity.

Project Settings

1. Go to ‘Time Sheet’ then to

‘Project Settings’ in the

main menu

2. Insert a project code

3. Set a project name

4. Enter description

5. Save the data

Project Settings – Assign employees to project

1. Select project from ‘available project code’ drop down

2. Click on ‘Assign Employees’ link

3. Select employees

4. Drag them to the ‘Assigned

Employees ‘ box

5. Select Project Leader 6. Save data

Approval for time submission for the selected project will be by ‘Project Leader’

Project Settings – Allocate Time for the project

1. Select project From ‘Available Project Code’

drop down

2. Click on the ‘Time Allocation’

link

3. Allocate time for each

employee who will be on the

project

4. Save the data

Activity Settings

1. Go to ‘Time Sheet’ then to

‘Activity Settings’ in the main

menu

2. Insert an activity code

3 Set an activity name

4. Enter description 5. Save the data

Activity Settings- Assign Monetary Values

1. Select activity from the

‘Available Activity Code’ drop down

2. Click on ‘Assign Values’ link

3. Add associated monetary value according to the

‘Salary Grade’4. Save the data
