DESCRIPTION
The new book "Neil's Quest for Quality" describes TMap HD (Human Driven) which is one part of the TMap Suite of methods, approaches and tools. This presentation shows what's new, especially for test managers. Rik Marselis presented this at the TMap Day at 28 October 2014, during the event at which the new book and the renewed website TMap.net were launched. TMap HD is built around the elements People, Simplify, Integrate and Industrialize that together will lead to Confidence in the product that results from an IT-development and operations process.
