to do.- When? Whenever someone is in the gym- Where? Gym- Why? To benefit people in their physique

Some people don’t know what to do when they go to the gym. This app will help them get the muscles they desire and

what they have to do to get them.

How do you get a physical and fit body?

You go to the gym, but you don’t know what to do to get the physique you want.

Hello, we’re uLift and we’ve made an app to help teenagers in

their daily life to help them become healthy, this will help them get the physique they want, when a teenager goes to the gym, they don’t

know what to do and what benefits their physique in the way they want. This app will help them find what muscle will benefit on what

machine and how to work the machine. We will also help young people to get the right diet for them and their lifestyle with our healthy

side to the app. This app will help them as there are many fast-food restaurants and people are not eating well. This will help by giving young people healthy meals suited to their lifestyle and tell them if they are eating too much or they can work out their own with our

calorie calculator. All this along with many other aspects. Including an accessible menu a day suited to their current weight goal and amount

of exercise they are doing.

People need a gym training app, showing them which muscles they will use on which machines to

help them get the body they crave.

There are some other apps on the android market

We get people to get the body they want by going to the gym and doing the correct exercises in the gym. Our user stories got us to

make teenagers really active in the gym as people don’t like it when they don’t know what to do.

We are going to combine our uEat and our uLift app so we have a fitness app overall. We will be able to help more

people this way and get popular quicker.

Our product does not involve much data, we are basing our app on all the things we know. We don’t need to use

any social networking or trafficking.
